I have had best experience with Arnold keys Norwich staff! Joe/Alfie/Julie and Phil were and have been extremely professional, polite and proactive to help everything sorted for me as a new tenant. Very thorough with the inventory as well and they do go out of their way to make your experience of home move as peaceful as possible! Also to add they keep very stringent measures to keep their premises COVID secure and at the dame time ensuring the customer service meets the standards! Would like to wish you all the very best and do keep up the good work!

I only have experience of the Commercial Property Team at AK, but I was motivated to write a review recently following their excellent work in facilitating the new deal for our office move. Mark and Hiedi were both very professional, helpful and able to solve some tough challenges that arose along the way. Highly recommended!
Good professional service. Small points. I was not informed that the references were complete and that the agreement could be completed until I telephoned yesterday. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I was available at short notice. Also, it is helpful that you now have an electronic signing facility. I was not however able to sign with my signature as that did not work either with my finger or an e-pen, so I had to type my name instead.
Belinda Eames was so extremely helpful to me by arranging a surveyor for the property i am buying. Belinda was always polite and informative with any questions i had for her. Full praise to Belinda.
Sam and Jo were absolutely fantastic when we recently had a problem in our rented property. I would highly recommend this estate agents, the service you receive is excellent.
